Post-Wise Educational Qualification
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution, along with proficiency in the local language and working knowledge of computers.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Graduation in any discipline. Preference given to degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy.
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks plus 2 years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Officer Scale-II (Information Technology): Graduation in Electronics / Communications / Computer Science / IT with a minimum of 50% marks plus 1 year of relevant experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant): Passed CA examination from ICAI India with 1 year of experience as a Chartered Accountant.
- Officer Scale-II (Law Officer): Degree in Law with a minimum of 50% marks and 2 years of experience as an advocate or Law Officer.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks and a minimum of 5 years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
